centerline of Chamberlin Road, said point also being the Principal
Place of Beginning and containing approximately 1,033 acres of land,
said area also constituting all industrially zoned land in Twinsburg Township.

Exclusions
Excluding specifically lands now or formerly owned by the City of Cleveland
(Parcel No. 6204422), and excluding generally any other land that may
now be owned by a municipal or township government other than Twinsburg
Township or the Village of Reminderville.
