Situated within the Township of Twinsburg, County of Summit, State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Twinsburg Township Lots 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, and 8 of Tract 1-M, and part of Original Twinsburg Township Lots 1 and 2 of Tract 1-SE, and being further described as follows:

Beginning at a point at the intersection of the centerlines of Aurora Road (S. R. 82) and Chamberlin Road; Thence more or less South along the centerline of Chamberlin Road (said line also being the boundary between Twinsburg Township and the City of Twinsburg) to a point at the Northeast corner of lands now or formerly owned by Local Union No. 122 U. A. W. Building Corp. (Parcel No. 6200705), said point being the Principal Place of Beginning of the District herein described:

Thence more or less South along the centerline of Chamberlin Road (said line also being the boundary between Twinsburg Township and the City of Twinsburg) to a point at the Northwest corner of lands now or formerly owned by Ohio Edison Co. (Parcel No. 6201321);

Boundary Section No. B.
Thence more or less East along the North line of said Ohio Edison parcel and additional parcels East of said Ohio Edison Co. parcel (said line also being the boundary between Twinsburg Township and the City of Twinsburg) to a point at the Northeast corner of lands now or formerly owned by Northern Ohio Paving Co. (Parcel No. 6200890), said point also being on the West line of lands now or formerly owned by Consolidated RR "Cleve Pitts" (Parcel No. 6201276);

Thence more or less North along the West line of said Consolidated RR "Cleve Pitts" parcel (said line also being the boundary between Twinsburg Township and the City of Twinsburg) to a point at the Northwest corner of said Consolidated RR "Cleve Pitts" parcel;

Boundary Section No. D.
Thence more or less East along the North line of said Consolidated RR "Cleve Pitts" parcel to at the centerline of Hadden Road, said point also being the Northeast corner of said Consolidated RR "Cleve Pitts" parcel;

Boundary Section No. E.
Thence more or less South, first along the centerline of Hadden Road to Highland Road, second continuing South across Highland Road along the East lines of parcels along more or less the same line to Enterprise Parkway, and third continuing South across Enterprise Parkway along the East lines of parcels along more or less the same line (all but the southerly portion of said line also being the boundary between Twinsburg Township and the City of Twinsburg) to a point at the Southeast corner of lands now or formerly owned by Sigma Properties Inc. (Parcel No. 6204500);

Thence more or less West along the South line of said Sigma Properties Inc. parcel and additional parcels West of said Sigma Properties Inc. parcel to a point at the Southwest corner of lands now or formerly owned by Twinsburg Township (Parcel No. 6204872);

Boundary Section No. G.
Thence more or less North, first along the West line of said Twinsburg Township parcel and additional parcels North of said Twinsburg Township parcel to Bavaria Road, and second continuing North across Bavaria Road along the West line of parcels along more or less the same line (said line also being the boundary between Twinsburg Township and the City of Macedonia) to a point at the Northwest corner of lands now or formerly owned by Highland SOM Dev. Co. (Parcel No. 6204420), said point also being on the South line of lands now or formerly owned by P & F Realty Inc. (Parcel No. 6204496);

Thence more or less West along the South line of said P & F Realty Inc. parcel and additional parcels West of said P & F Realty Inc. parcel (said line also being the boundary between Twinsburg Township and the City of Macedonia) to a point at the Southwest corner of lands now or formerly owned by Samuel Steel Pickling (Parcel No. 6204270);

Thence more or less North along the West line of said Samuel Steel Pickling parcel (said line also being the boundary between Twinsburg Township and the City of Macedonia) to a point at the Southeast corner of lands now or formerly owned by Ohio Edison Co. (Parcel No. 6204474);

Thence more or less West along the South line of said Ohio Edison Co. parcel (said line also being the boundary between Twinsburg Township and the City of Macedonia) to a point at the Southwest corner of said Ohio Edison Co. parcel;

Thence more or less North along the West line of said Ohio Edison Co. parcel (said line also being the boundary between Twinsburg Township and the City of Macedonia) to the a point at the Northwest corner of said Ohio Edison Co. parcel, said point also being on the South line of lands now or formerly owned by Medina Supply Co. (Parcel No. 6204249);

Thence more or less West along the South line of said Medina Supply Co. parcel (said line also being the boundary between Twinsburg Township and the City of Macedonia) to a point at the Southwest corner of said Medina Supply Co. parcel;

Thence more or less Northeast along a diagonal line of said Medina Supply Co. parcel (said line also being the boundary between Twinsburg Township and the City of Macedonia) to a point where said line meets the West line of said Medina Supply Co. parcel;

Thence more or less North along the West line of said Medina Supply Co. parcel (said line also being the boundary between Twinsburg Township and the City of Macedonia) to a point at said line’s intersection with the South right-of-way line of Highland Road;

Boundary Section No. O.
Thence more or less West along the South right-of-way line of Highland Road (said line also being the boundary between Twinsburg Township and the City of Macedonia) to a point on said line immediately South of the Southwest corner of lands now or formerly owned by Arsena Investments Company (Parcel No. 6200430);

Boundary Section No. P.
Thence more or less North across Highland Road and along the West line of said Arsena Investments Company parcel (said line also being the boundary between Twinsburg Township and the City of Macedonia) to a point at the Northwest corner of said Arsena Investments Company parcel, said point also being the Southeast corner of lands now or formerly owned by Taussig Dan A. Trustee (Parcel No. 6200395);

Thence more or less West along the South line of said Taussig Dan A. Trustee parcel and additional parcels West of said Taussig Dan A. Trustee parcel (said line also being the boundary between Twinsburg Township and the City of Macedonia) to a point at the Southwest corner of lands also now or formerly owned by Taussig Dan A. Trustee (Parcel No. 6201064);

Thence more or less North along the West line of said Taussig Dan A. Trustee parcel and additional parcels North of said Taussig Dan A. Trustee parcel (said line also being the boundary between Twinsburg Township and the City of Macedonia) to a point at the Northwest corner of lands now or formerly owned by Ohio Edison Co. Thence more or less East along the North line of said Ohio Edison Co. parcel (said line also being the boundary between Twinsburg Township and the City of Macedonia) to a point at the Northeast corner of said Ohio Edison Co. parcel;

Thence more or less South along the East line of said Ohio Edison Co. parcel (said line also being the boundary between Twinsburg Township and the City of Twinsburg) to a point at the Northwest corner of said Local Union No. 122 U. A. W. Building Corp. parcel mentioned earlier in this Description;

Thence more or less East along the North line of said Local Union No. 122 U. A. W. Building Corp. parcel (said line also being the boundary between Twinsburg Township and the City of Twinsburg) to a point at the centerline of Chamberlin Road, said point also being the Principal Place of Beginning and containing approximately 1,033 acres of land, said area also constituting all industrially zoned land in Twinsburg Township. All Boundary Section directions are described generally in this Description and are based on Summit County GIS and Tax Map information.

Exclusions
Excluding specifically lands now or formerly owned by the City of Cleveland (Parcel No. 6204422), and excluding generally any other land that may now be owned by a municipal or township government other than Twinsburg Township or the Village of Reminderville.
