Twinsburg Township Service Department consists of three full time and one part-time employees. The Service Department is responsible for maintaining 11.47 miles of Township Roads. Many roads are maintained by Summit County or the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT). Those roads are as follows:

The Service Department also provides additional services to Township residents. Branch Chipping Services run monthly from April through November. Leaf pick-up begins in the fall and runs through November and Senior Snow Plowing is scheduled throughout the winter season. Branch Chipping and Leaf Pick-up Collections do not require applications.
