The Twinsburg Township Board of Trustees, at their February 14, 2024 regular meeting, awarded the Kensington/Ridgetop Phase 3 construction project to Perrin Asphalt. Construction on the project will include asphalt pavement repair and replacement, cement stabilization, underdrain removal and replacement, and curb and gutter repair and replacement.
The Ridgetop development construction area will include Ridgetop Drive from Twinsburg Road to Park Ridge Avenue.
The Reserve at Kensington development construction area will include all of Sasha Court from Angela Drive to the cul-de-sac and all of Alexa Court from Sasha Court to the cul-de-sac.
Residents affected by the construction will receive prior notification from the contractor and township consulting engineer. A start date has yet to be determined, however completion of the work is anticipated to be June 28, 2024, weather depending.
